... public policy professional with a specialisation in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. Based in Paris and Brussels, my current responsibilities include driving Oracle's global public policy advocacy. In addition to my Oracle responsibilities, I currently serve as Chairman of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU and Vice-Chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Advisory Council on Migration. A dual French-American national engaging with colleagues and friends worldwide, I like to think "out of the box" and find exhilaration in working and living in multi-cultural environments.
